Are you a Shopify Partner?
No. We're an independent agency and we're not part of Shopify's Partner or Experts programmes. What we do have is everyday, hands-on experience of building, migrating, optimising and maintaining Shopify stores, and our own website runs on Shopify. We'd rather show you our work and be upfront about what we can deliver than lean on a badge.
What Shopify services do you offer?
Store design and builds, migrations from other platforms, Shopify SEO and wider ecommerce SEO, monthly maintenance and app reviews, conversion and UX reviews, and email marketing setup. You can use us for one job or for all of it. Many clients start with a single project, such as a Shopify SEO audit, then stay with us for ongoing care.
How much does it cost to work with a Shopify agency?
It depends on what you need. You'll find guide prices for store builds in our ecommerce website packages and for other services on our packages and pricing page. We always give you an itemised quote first. Your Shopify plan and any paid apps are billed by Shopify and app developers separately.
Do you only work with businesses near Spalding?
No. We're based in Spalding, Lincolnshire, and we work with Shopify store owners right across the UK. Most of our ecommerce work happens remotely, with video calls, shared plans and clear updates. If you're nearby and would prefer to meet face to face, we're always happy to arrange that.
Can you take over an existing Shopify store?
Yes. We regularly pick up stores built by someone else. We start by reviewing your theme, apps, settings and content so we understand what's there, then agree what needs attention. From there we can handle fixes and updates through Shopify maintenance or take on bigger improvements.
Is Shopify the right platform for my business?
For most businesses that sell physical products online, it's a strong choice: hosting, security and checkout are handled for you. It's less of a natural fit if you mainly sell services or don't sell online at all, where a regular website is often better. We'll tell you honestly, and our web design team can help either way.
How long does a new Shopify store take?
A straightforward store with a modest range often takes a few weeks from planning to launch. Larger catalogues, custom design, migrations from another platform or lots of integrations take longer. The biggest factor is usually content: having product details, photos and policies ready makes a real difference. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
Will I own my Shopify store?
Yes. Your store sits in your own Shopify account, in your business's name, and you're billed by Shopify directly. We work on it using staff access you control, and you can remove that access at any time. Your domain, products, customers and content all stay yours.
